BEST CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY IN THE STATE Best Attorney in Georgia! I was stationed at Fort Benning and I received three DUI's within 4 months after returning home from my deployment, and a couple other more serious felony charges. As a soldier in the military, I assumed this would be the end of my career with the army, but another soldier highly recommended Mr. Jones and I am grateful he did. First off, Mr. Jones is not only very compassionate about his job as a lawyer, but is compassionate for his clients to. While I was sitting at his conference table trying to explain what happened, and providing a time line of events, I felt as if I was speaking to a friend. Thankfully Mr. Jones has the willingness to listen, because my cases were very complicated. Although I threw a lot of information at him all at once, he was able to analyze everything and created a plan of action off the bat. Like I said, my cases were out of the norm and very complicated; I was surprised to see such creative thinking from a lawyer. A couple things came up later in my case that Mr. Jones had to truly think outside-the-box; he crafted a solution that I never thought was possible. Finally, his experience and knowledge of the law was amazing. We were in court and he was just rattling off different Laws, and past GA court cases - even from decades ago. There wasn't anything the other attorney threw at him that made him pause and think, he had an answer for everything and even made that other attorney speechless a couple times. The superior court judge was tough. But I think he even was surprised about the outcome of my case. I cannot put into words what a Phenomenal attorney he is and how thankful I was for his help. I can tell you that Mr. Jones helped me through a very dark time in my life. Because of him, I was able to turn my life around. So thank you Mr. Jones, for giving me another chance at life. Without your help I am certain that I wouldn't have been able to find the success and happiness that I have today.

The best lawyer Columbus Georgia has to offer. 5.0 stars Posted by Maurice McSwain August 24, 2012 I went to trial on a burglary case.... Of corse, because i did not commit the crime. I also had a co-defendant that testified against me as well as 2 sworn columbus police officers. The DA was seriously asking the judge to sentence me to 20 years based on my prior convictions, no probatiion all time to serve. Even though all the evidense was against me and it was not looking good. I was found NOT GUILTY. Mr. Jones was very knowledgable of the of the law and motions that even the judge had to be reminded of. If Jonny Cochran was still alive and I was able to be represented by him, I would still rather have Mr.Robert G. Jones III. 823 2nd Ave. Columbus, GA 31901 The list goes on.........
